Returns

Our returns are free and simple. We know you'll feel great wearing MacPaw Goods but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to send it back.

We’ll provide a full refund by the same payment method you used to place the order. If you decide to return an item, please ensure that it's in perfect condition. This means:
- clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
- unworn
- unwashed
